AntiSatire.org is a fun quick project I started to understand challenges with using too much satire. It is a tongue-in-cheek and self-satirizing but was made in response to people sharing distortive and useless online content.

The Problem with Excessive Satire

While satire has a long and important history as a tool for social commentary, the internet has enabled an explosion of satirical content that often:

Confuses readers - Many people mistake satire for factual reporting
Contributes to misinformation - When shared without context, satire can spread false beliefs

The Meta Ironic Approach

AntiSatire.org takes an intentionally ironic approach to this problem, using elements of satire to critique satire itself. This self-referential approach aims to highlight the challenges while engaging readers in a thoughtful way.
